Vincent Menager
Vincent has a long history with Sofitel hotels and joined Sofitel London St James after five years as Executive Chef at Restaurant Gaby in Sofitel New York.
In his career Vincent Menager has trained with some of France's most distinguished chefs, such as Alain Ducasse, Alain Dutournier and Frédéric Anton at the two Michelin star restaurant, Le Pré Catelan in Paris.
